We offer a superb range of Face Coverings to help you protect your nose and mouth from bacteria, germs, pollen and dust.

Tiger Supplies’ face coverings will fit securely around your face, and capture droplets exhaled when you sneeze, cough and talk. Our face coverings also have a moisture-resistant outer layer of extra protection.

Disposable Face Masks

Tiger Supplies’ disposable masks have

  •  3-ply layer filter  
  • a strong wire nose bridge
  • elasticated and adjustable ear loops 

The nose wire ensures the face covering fits securely. It also prevents your glasses from fogging. 

Types of disposable masks

Disposable masks are divided into 2 categories according to their level of filtration:

  • Type I:  These disposable masks have a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 95%. They are useful in public places that require social distancing. 
  • Type II: This category has a bacterial filtration efficiency of 98% and offers a higher level of protection. Therefore, this type of disposable mask can be used by health and care professionals.

IR and IIR disposable masks are breathing and splash resistant. But only type IIR disposable masks are helpful when it comes to bodily fluids and blood.

All of our disposable masks are type IIR and have some of the following features:

  • A layer that is splash-resistant against bodily fluids.
  • Breathability with non-irritating soft material offering maximum comfort
  • Availability in the colour blue or black
  • Conform to EN 14683 standards

Disposable masks that conform to EN 14683 standard have been tested for:

  • bacterial filtration efficiency
  • microbial cleanliness 
  • splash resistance
  • breathability

It is important to note that disposable masks are less likely to filter out small virus-carrying aerosol particles due to their loose fit. We recommend you wear FFP Respirator Masks instead as they can filter finer particles.

Please note disposable masks must not be reused and have to be disposed of carefully.

Reusable Face Masks

Our Reusable face coverings are ergonomic, comfortable and can be washed and dried regularly without getting damaged.

We recommend you read the product specification carefully and pay attention to the washing instructions. Make sure you wash the reusable face mask at the right temperature explained in the product specification.

You should also buy several reusable masks so you always have one available when the other face coverings are being washed.

Advice on how to use a face covering correctly

  • Make sure your hands are clean before touching the face covering. Wash your hands or use a sanitiser.
  • Do not touch the area that comes into contact with your nose and mouth even when removing the face covering. Touch the ear loops or bands instead.  
  • Glasses should not interfere with the fit of the face covering.
  • Change masks as soon as you notice that they become damp.
