At Tiger Supplies, we understand that fast and reliable delivery is critical to your business. That's why, with over 10,000 products stocked across a network of Crownlea Group depots, we can deliver what you need FAST. Our aim is to provide exceptional service and peace of mind with each order.

Delivery Charges

  • Mainland UK: Standard delivery is available to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges may apply to the following areas: The Scottish Highlands and remote locations. Specific postcodes (AB, FK, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, DD, KY) may incur extra fees. Please contact our sales office to get a quote for your location if it falls outside mainland UK.
  • Small Order Charge: A Small Order charge applies to all orders under £75.00, which helps us manage smaller shipments efficiently.

Delivery Times & Services

  • Standard Deliveries: Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm, excluding bank holidays. For more flexibility, special services are available upon request.
  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) are typically delivered the next working day. However, if your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing the "Guaranteed Next Day" delivery option at checkout.
  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: If you opt for this service, please note that orders containing bespoke or non-stock items will only be dispatched once all items are available. We will notify you if any items are unavailable or delayed, and we will update the estimated delivery date accordingly.
  • Northern Ireland: Deliveries to Northern Ireland generally take between 2-4 working days. Please contact our sales office for specific delivery costs, as these may vary based on your location.
  • Republic of Ireland (ROI): Unfortunately, we no longer offer deliveries to ROI.
  • Out of Hours and Same Day Deliveries: For out of hours or same-day delivery requests, please contact our sales office for availability and to discuss any additional costs.

Lead Times and Special Items

  • Non-Stock and Special Items: Orders containing non-stock or special items may have varying lead times depending on availability and supplier schedules. These orders may also be subject to minimum order charges and additional carriage fees. Please contact our sales office for more detailed information on specific products and their expected delivery times.

Estimated Despatch Dates

We provide estimated despatch dates to help you plan your orders. These are carefully calculated at the time of order, but please note that they are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as supplier delays or stock availability.

Split Deliveries

At Tiger Supplies, we strive to minimize our environmental impact. We do this by sending out all orders complete, which helps reduce packaging waste and carbon emissions. Split deliveries are only used in cases where urgent goods are required before the rest of the order can be completed. Please contact our sales office if you need to arrange a split delivery, as this is not available through the website.

Packaging

We are committed to sustainability and use recycled packaging as the standard for all our deliveries. Each order is carefully picked and packed using our bar-coded shipping system, ensuring accuracy and reliability. All our deliveries are made with electronically tracked vehicles, so you can easily track your order.

Customer Satisfaction and Claims

We are committed to ensuring that your delivery experience is as seamless as possible. In the event of a delivery issue such as delays, damages, or discrepancies with your order:

  • Damage: If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact our sales office within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We will initiate a claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Late Deliveries: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected date, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and offer solutions.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can investigate and provide a resolution.
  • Refunds and Returns: We offer a fair returns policy, but please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged goods). Any issues with delivery should be raised as soon as possible for us to take appropriate action.
